Nature’s Blueprints: A Cyanotype Adventure

During the workshop pupils will learn about the history of cyanotype and its unique blue color. First, armed with curiosity and magnifying glasses, they will explore the diversity of leaves and flowers, appreciating the details that make each plant special. Next, pupils will experience how sunlight transforms plants into stunning works of art. They will create an art composition using plants, the cyanotype process and watercolors. Each pupil will take home created cyanotype artwork.
